DemoSpark

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

The short version. We collect only what is needed to build and show a demo and to run the subscription. We do not sell personal information. Our service providers are listed below, and you can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how DemoSpark ("we" or "us") handles personal information when you use DemoSpark, the software that builds personalized AI demos from a prospect's website and delivers them through a customer's own GoHighLevel account, or when you view or interact with one of those demos.

There are two kinds of people this covers: "customers" (businesses that subscribe to DemoSpark) and "visitors" (people who request or view a demo that a customer sends them). A customer decides who receives its demos and why, so for visitor information the customer is generally the business responsible for it, and we act as its service provider.

2. Information we collect

From customers: your name and email address and payment details handled by Stripe (we never see or store your full card number), your license key and subscription status, the GoHighLevel location ID and the access token you give us so we can work in your account, your chat widget ID, your demo page address and calendar link, and how many demos you build each month.

From visitors, as provided to the customer and passed to us to build and show a demo: first name, email address, phone number, business name and website address.

From the websites submitted: the publicly available text of the prospect's website, which we read to build the demo. We store a short business profile and summary built from it.

From a demo being used: that it was opened, whether the chat or a voice call was started, the messages a visitor types into the chat, whether the missed-call calculator was used and what was entered, and the time of these actions. Technical data such as the browser type and IP address is processed by our hosting and by the third-party services below as part of delivering the pages.

3. How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use visitors' information to advertise to them.

4. Artificial intelligence

To build a demo we send the text of the prospect's website and the business name to an AI provider (Anthropic) to write the business profile. Chat messages in a demo are handled by the customer's AI agent in GoHighLevel. We may also send the text of a conversation to our AI provider to write a short summary for the customer. We do not allow our AI provider to use this information to train its models, as set out in its commercial terms.

AI can be wrong. Anyone chatting with a demo should not rely on it for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run DemoSpark, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or in a sale or reorganization of our business. We never give a customer's visitors' information to another customer.

6. Cookies

Our demo pages do not use advertising cookies. The chat and voice widget is provided by GoHighLevel and may set cookies or similar storage in the visitor's browser to remember a chat; its use is governed by GoHighLevel's policies. The customer's own website, which shows the demo, may set its own cookies.

7. How long we keep it

Demo links expire after a limited time, and we keep demo and activity records for as long as needed to run the Service and to show the customer its results. When a subscription ends we remove the access token and may delete the other data for that account. We keep billing and legal records for as long as the law requires.

8. Security

Access tokens are stored in encrypted form, data is sent over encrypted connections, and access to our systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to how it is used, by emailing support@getdemospark.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area) you may have additional rights, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are a visitor, the business that sent you the demo is the one that decided to contact you, so you can also ask it directly. If you contact us, we will help or pass your request to that business. To stop messages from a business, use the opt-out in the message (for example reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in an email).

10. Customers' responsibilities

Customers must have the right and any required consent to give us their contacts' information, to contact those people, and to record or use AI in chats and calls, and must follow the marketing and privacy laws that apply to them, as set out in our Terms of Service.

11. Children

DemoSpark is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Where data is processed

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for transfers.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If the change is material we will say so on this page or by email. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
