Terms of Service
Last updated October 21, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you" or "Customer") and DemoSpark ("we" or "us"). They govern your use of DemoSpark, the software that builds personalized AI demos from a prospect's website and delivers them through your own GoHighLevel account, together with the website, license keys, dashboard, playbook and related materials (the "Service").
By buying a subscription, activating a license key, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.
2. The Service
DemoSpark reads publicly available information from websites you submit, uses artificial intelligence to build a knowledge profile and demo, and writes the results to contacts in your GoHighLevel account. The Service works only together with a GoHighLevel account that you own and pay for separately. We are not affiliated with GoHighLevel, and we do not control its features, pricing or availability.
We may improve, change, add or remove features at any time. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will produce any particular result, such as booked calls or closed sales.
3. Your account and license key
Each subscription includes one license key, which works for one GoHighLevel account (sub-account). Keep your key private. You are responsible for everything done with it. You may not share, sell, rent or sublicense your key, or use one key for more than one GoHighLevel account.
You must give us accurate information and keep your GoHighLevel connection details current. You are responsible for the access token you give us and for revoking it in GoHighLevel if you no longer want us to have it.
4. Subscription, billing and renewal
DemoSpark is a month-to-month subscription. There is no contract and no minimum term. Fees are charged in advance, in US dollars, at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by subscribing you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method each month.
You are responsible for any taxes that apply. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or on our website. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not want the new price, cancel before that renewal.
If a payment fails, we may retry it. Access continues for a short grace period (currently 3 days from the first failed payment). If the payment is still unpaid after that, we may suspend the Service until it is paid, and we may end your subscription.
5. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time, for any reason, from the Manage subscription page on our website (or by contacting us). Cancelling stops future charges. It does not cancel or refund a payment that has already been made.
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then. At the end of that billing period, your access to DemoSpark ends: new demos can no longer be built, existing demo links and embedded demos stop working, and we remove the access token you gave us. You can start a new subscription later, which requires activating again.
It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next month. We are not able to cancel on your behalf retroactively.
6. No refunds
All fees are non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for any reason, including for a partial month, unused time, cancelling part way through a billing period, not using the Service, forgetting to cancel, dissatisfaction with results or with the AI's output, changes to the Service, problems with GoHighLevel or other third-party services, or downtime.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under law that cannot be waived.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at the email below so we can fix it. Starting a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that is valid under these Terms is a breach of these Terms. We may suspend the account, and we may give Stripe and your bank a copy of these Terms and records of your acceptance and use.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You may not:
- use the Service to send spam, or to call, text or email people without the consents and registrations the law requires (for example under the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier A2P rules), or to break any other law or the rules of GoHighLevel or another platform;
- use the Service to mislead people, impersonate a business that has not agreed, or build demos for harmful, fraudulent or illegal purposes;
- copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense or share the Service, the license keys, the snapshot, or the playbook, or build a competing product from them;
- overload, probe or interfere with the Service, or try to get around limits, security or licensing.
You may use the demos the Service creates to market your own services to your own prospects and clients.
8. Demos, websites and content
Demos are built from content that is publicly available on the websites you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use that content for your demo and that your use does not break any law or anyone's rights. If a business asks you or us to take its demo down, you agree to remove it, and we may remove it without notice.
You keep your rights in your own content and data. You give us permission to process it as needed to run the Service for you, including sending content to our AI and hosting providers.
9. Artificial intelligence
The Service uses AI. AI can produce wrong, incomplete or unsuitable answers, and the demos and summaries it creates may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or showing them to others. Nothing the Service produces is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Conversations with a demo may be stored in your GoHighLevel account and may be read by the Service to produce summaries for you. You are responsible for any notices or consents your visitors or prospects must be given about chatting with or being recorded by an AI, as the law in your area requires.
10. Usage limits
To keep the Service fair and affordable, each subscription has a monthly limit on the number of new demos it can build (currently 300 per month, and we may change this). Reasonable use of the Service is included. We may limit or suspend use that is abusive or that puts a strain on the Service.
11. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, AI providers and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, prices or actions, and a problem with one of them is not a reason for a refund. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms.
12. Privacy and data
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to give us any personal information about your contacts and prospects, and for following the privacy and marketing laws that apply to you. We store your access token in encrypted form and use it only to run the Service for your account.
After your subscription ends we may delete the data we hold for your account, including demos and profiles, and we are not required to keep it. Export anything you need from your GoHighLevel account before you cancel.
13. Our rights in the Service
We own the Service and everything in it, including the software, designs, text, playbook and snapshot. While your subscription is active, we give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your own business under these Terms. We keep all rights not expressly given.
14. Suspension and ending your access
We may suspend or end your access immediately, without refund, if you break these Terms, if a payment is overdue, if you abuse the Service or the law, or if we reasonably believe your use puts the Service or others at risk. We may also stop providing the Service altogether with reasonable notice. If we end the Service entirely without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.
15. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular business result.
16. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the Service or these Terms will not be more than the fees you paid us in the one month before the event that gave rise to the claim.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend and reimburse us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that come from your use of the Service, your content, your messages or calls to others, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give notice by email or on our website at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, cancel before it takes effect.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Before starting a claim, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.
20. General
These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
